Grey structure or complete?
Grey structure is the basic building: foundation, pillars, beams, walls, slabs and roof, built with cement, steel and bricks. Complete adds the finishing: plaster and paint, tiles and marble, doors and windows, kitchen and bathroom fittings, electrical and plumbing, and woodwork.
Things to keep in mind
- Never compromise on the foundation and steel quality.
- Hire trained, experienced labour and check their earlier work.
- Cement and steel prices change often; ask for the day's rate.
- Keep 10% extra for changes and delays.
